– By browsing this website, purchasing , registering your details, or emailing us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions

– This website and it’s content must not be re-produced, copied, modified, etc and are subject to copyright laws.

– The accuracy of information on our website is our priority. However, we are dependant on the information provided by our suppliers and errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.

– Changes by us to our Terms and Conditions are effective immediately. Please regularly check our Terms and Conditions for any changes.

– We only service Sydney Metro only.

– Suitability and installation of all products you purchase is at your responsiblity.

– Frameless Glass Online is wholly a supplier of goods only. As such, please seek professional advice for proper usage and installation of product.

– Frameless Glass Online will not be held liable for any inconsistencies or inaccuracy through use of our website.

– Frameless Glass Online only supplies 10mm clear toughened Grade A safety glass which meets Australian Standards. Due to the nature of glass any damage, personal injury or death that occurs before, during or after installation Frameless Glass Online will not be held liable. Please make sure you have adequate personal protection when handling/installing glass and glass is properly installed as undue stresses on glass can lead to breakage.

– Under no circumstance shall Frameless Glass Online be liable for any damages arising from glass breakage before, during or after installation.

– Use of products is deemed ‘At Your Own Risk’

Ordering

– Please complete all purchases through our website online facility. Upon receipt of purchase and payment cleared, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Once goods ready to be shipped, an email will be sent informing you of the delivery date to your nominated delivery address.

– Use of this website is at your responsibility. Frameless Glass Online makes every effort to make your ordering experience as streamlined as possible, but it is your responsibility to check products and quantities in your order are accurate prior to finalising order.

– Frameless Glass Online reserves the right to reject an order on a number of reasons; for instance out-of-area delivery, out-of-stock or credit card processing issue.

-You must provide an email address, best contact phone number and site address at time of order

– You, the purchaser, must be over the age of 18 years

– If, after online order received, we can not supply your ordered item/s for any reason, we will contact you via email or phone. You can change to an alternative item, omit the item, or cancel the order. We will refund cost of items deleted from order as required.

Stock and Availability

– Stock shortages can occur.  If, after online order received, we can not supply your ordered item/s for any reason, we will contact you via email or phone. You can change to an alternative item, omit the item, or cancel the order. We will refund cost of items deleted from order as required. Frameless Glass Online will not be held liable to you for any loss you or third party suffers as a result of withdrawal of products

– Please note that variations in colour finish occurs between your electrical display and actual product. Frameless Glass Online will not be held responsible for any colour inconsistencies.

– As panels are cut square, please check your walls and floor are plumb and level prior to ordering. Ordering of ill-fitting panels are your responsibility and can not be returned for a refund.

Pricing

-We reserve the right to alter the price without notice to you. If you have completed an order, the purchase price at time of order will be honoured.

Shipping

– Despatch of goods is approx. 2-4 business days from placement of fully paid order. (Sydney metro only)

– Frameless Glass Online will advise you of delivery time window once fully paid order is received.

– As Frameless Glass Online uses a third party delivery service, all glass deliveries are ’to kerb’. Therefore, you are required to make provisions to accept, sign for and unload goods from truck yourself. Unfortunately delivery driver unable to assist in carrying of glass panel goods. If failure to accept and unload yourself, goods will be returned to warehouse and re-shipped at a later date, at your shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

– For smaller hardware boxed items, authority to leave at a place instructed by the purchaser is available. In choosing this option, you (the purchaser) agree to accept all risk of loss, stolen or damaged goods.

Returns and Exchanges:

We do not refund for ‘change of mind’ returns

Glass:

-Due to the nature of glass, glass is to be inspected by you at time of delivery. If you find glass is damaged on delivery, then goods will be exchanged at no cost. Glass that is accepted and unloaded by you is deemed in good condition and can not be exchanged or refunded.

Hardware:

– Hardware items can be exchanged within 10 business days. Shipping is your responsibility and at your expense. We strongly recommend you use postal tracking and insurance. Do not apply postage labels directly to products packaging.

– You must contact Frameless Glass Online advising of goods to be returned/exchanged BEFORE they are shipped back. We will advise you of the warehouse delivery address to ship goods to.

– Goods are your responsibility until we receive the returned goods in our possession.

– Hardware items must be unused and in original packaging

– Upon receiving returned goods, a quality check will be done. Once inspected to be in original and unused condition, Frameless Glass Online will refund the balance to you on the credit card that was used to purchase. This will be done after deducting a 10% restocking fee on each item’s purchase price. Frameless Glass Online will then email you a notification of the refund.

– Upon quality check, where goods are found to of been used, damaged or not in original condition, Frameless Glass Online will notify you via email and you have the choice for the goods be returned to you at your cost.

– Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
